That's beautiful Mickey! Where is that?
Oops...
They are called the Glass House Mountains and are a group of eleven volcanic plugs and hills that rise abruptly from the coastal plain inland from the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia......
This pic is not mine but taken approximately from where some of mine have been taken.....

@ Pancho, you're right, totally cute!!!

@ Mikey, wauw! That first picture... stunning! ... Been to Townsville and Magnetic island, looks like I missed a lot!

Also very close to home, so close my front door is in the picture, lol

Orange tulips in the front-yard, and a couple more to the right :)
Most of the tulips in the garden (back) are blooming as well now :)

Wonderful picture, Happiness!

My front door... our block of houses is going to be painted this year
and we could choose the colour. The colour with the most votes
... that kind of system. So I went to everyone to ask them what
they wanted... To be honest I hate the blue-green (it's not the nice
blue it appears to be on the picture) that's on it now.
I choose a dark red, kind of like English red and...
talked the majority into going for that colour as well  laugh
So somewhere between now and September we should get nice dark red doors
and transom windows :) The white trim will stay, I kinda like it as well :)

(Hoping transom windows is the right word, had to look it up,
never heard of it, lol. My vocabulary on certain things is non-existent  )

BLuddy 'ell, Mikey!
I take it you get hit regularly over there, at the east coast.
That last picture reminds me of Mataranka :)

Took a ride down island yesterday through to Port Renfrew along an old logging road (paved now, but curvy and narrow). Stopped to view this magnificent beauty. The Harris Creek Sitka Spruce is 82 meters tall and estimated 800 yrs old. Someone has propped a snow shovel beside it so you can get an idea of the girth of this amazing tree. Moss covered branches up the tree are thicker than some of the surrounding trees. Breathtaking.
