Wow, Crystal and happiness, all your pictures are amazing! It's dawn where I am and I saw your thread. Must say, great way to start the day today! Thank you so much for sharing these parts of your lives! I feel so blessed just being able to see them.

From this weekends wet coast walks. Little Qualicum Falls and Deep Bay. There was a search party at the river that day looking for a local man who is missing. I hope he wasn't in that water.

Love my crystals :) Some of my more common crystals .. ain't sharing my precious, special ones Hi Crystal, I drop by the forums only rarely, in the last 4 mos. So your interests are all types of pictures, paintings as well as photography. Love your photos as much as your paintings. And these two photos - crystals, my line of interest. The 1st photo is an amethyst geode, and the latter pink quartz, ne c'est pas? Can understand why you dont want to put up photos of your precious crystals!

Hi Premier! Yes, it is amethyst, a slice, not a geode though. It is very nice, has rainbows, which I love! You can see some in the photo. The other crystals in that bowl are amethyst & rose quartz (tumbles), most rather pale ones. The donuts in the other piccie are rose quartz as well, the heart is lavender rose quartz and the cluster a pink fluorite. Haven't got that anymore, sold it last year. I have over 200 crystals (including some 28-30 crystal skulls), varying from small tumbles, rough pieces, spheres to eggs and wands. No idea how I managed to buy all these crystals, as I have very little to spend, hihi. But clearly the Cosmos helps you out when you really need them. And funny to see that I ended up with quite a lot of different opals (not Australian opals though) and calcites. I never liked calcites that much, nor was I into opals. Yet ... I have quite a lot of them, hihi. They sneak up on you... My latest opal is Mt Shasta opal. Quite rare, there's only 1 mine which is privately owned. This opal has a very nice (high) energy! Oops, I'm rambling... don't get me started on crystals! . . .

i finally figured out how to post photos kinda blurry...taken at twilight in the mall parking lot...i liked the new moon and venus right above it... somewhere in the Sinai Peninsula...
