it has spawned.. numerous.. Lake lot rebuilding projects.. rather than summer homes.. they now make these summer homes !!their permanent . residence....

Are you saying....web professionals who can stay year round? Or snow birds who can move back and forth? Or Both? Or Contractors that can "mail it in" most of the time during construction? ??
