I plan on making it. Where is the house located? Looks fabulous. This would be so much fun. Something to plan for and look forward to. I'm pretty sure old sage wants to come.

The house is located on Lake LBJ, you can Google it, but it's not far from Austin/Marble Falls area. Exact information will be forthcoming or can be seen by following the link posted with the pictures of the house. We'll print the details regardless a little later.

Even half of that would be doable. Sure a lot cheaper than separate cabins. Ten people would only be 45.00 per night. Let the good times roll. I don't have anything planned for the fall yet.

Went to that link and it says for the detail price if you arrive on Friday and leave Sunday it would cost $1,196 sure there are extra cost as in cleaning ect added to it..
Oh and I did it for the first week in Oct. |

There is also a $500 refundable damage deposit also in addition to that cleaning and tax charge. So total, that would be approximately $1,700 for the two nights. Something to think about for sure. However, if this doesn't work I have other options available to consider that would be very workable for our group. So not to worry, this thing is going to happen, even if we don't get this particular house, we'll find something for sure.

We are just going to have a good time with other Minglers and this is not intended to be a "getting laid party", just for clarity. It's going to be a fun time of getting to meet others and getting to know each other apart from a virtual setting. I, for one, am going to enjoy it!
