You are so very very wrong in all aspects! And if you believe in Rape of Minors,i feel nothing for you!! As you see i Quote nobody on this issue now and only give my view and remedy!! Luck be with you in Life!

I never said I believe in "Rape of Minors".

I said people (females are people too, in case you didn't know.) should be responsible for their actions, and bear the consequences of their own bad choices.

Possession of a uterus is NOT a free pass in life for the vast majority of it's inhabitants. shades

No what you said, and are saying, is that female children (as in juveniles or minors) should be held responsible BECAUSE they have a uterus and in spite of their age or emotional maturity...You are saying that if an adult has consensual sex with a minor who lied about his or her age, said minor should be held equally responsible ...Those of us who disagree consider your position morally and legally wrong, in spite of all your spin doctoring...

Lauren Bush, 17, and her 15-year-old accomplice were arrested Wednesday by the St. Mary's County Sheriff's Department for allegedly torturing a 16-year-old classmate and recording it over several months, including putting a knife to his throat and forcing him to have sex with a family pet. The mother said her son doesn't understand the severity of what happened to him.

A 16-year-old boy who was allegedly tortured by two female classmates considered them his friends - even though police said they coerced him into several heinous activities, including having sex with a family pet.

The mother of the child told the Washington Post her autistic son is "fairly independent" but socially naive and he thought one of the girls was actually his girlfriend whom he spent a good chunk of his savings on.

"He doesn't appear to be traumatized. He thinks these girls are his friends and is surprised the police are involved," she told the newspaper. "He's not a good judge of people. I keep trying to talk to him about it, but it's hard to get much out of him. I'll say, 'This is what so-and-so told me, and I know this happened,' but he'll act like, 'Oh, (the girls) were just playing around.'

"He didn't deny anything. I am trying to make him understand that people are talking about this all over TV, but he wanted to go to school (Wednesday)."

Lauren Bush, 17, and her 15-year-old accomplice were arrested by the St. Mary's County Sheriff's Department Monday on what Sheriff Tim Cameron told the Daily News were some of the most "heinous" allegations he has ever seen in a case between children in the rural Maryland county.

Between December and March the suspects recorded themselves assaulting their mentally challenged victim by pointing a knife to his throat, making him walk across a frozen pond and not helping when he fell in multiple times, and kicking him in the groin, Cameron said.

They also allegedly forced the victim to masturbate and then have sex with a family pet, he said.

"It's beyond comprehension," he told The News.

The boy's mother told the Washington Post her son performs well in school and has walked himself to and from school since the age of 12.

But he has no idea the severity of the charges against these two girls and shrugged off the alleged assaults as playful behavior, she said. The girls frequently socialized with the boy and they would go to the movies and hang out at his house on snow days, she said.

She also said her son has spent much of his savings on the 15-year-old, who he thinks is his girlfriend.

"We told him that what these girls did was unacceptable," the mother told the newspaper. "But yesterday, I asked him, 'You're going to stay away from these girls, right? You don't plan on hanging out with them again, right?' He said, 'I don't know.'"

One of the acts involved the girls allegedly coercing him to walk repeatedly on a thinly frozen pond and not assisting him when he fell in.

The mother said she remembered his clothes being wet that day but he said he fell into the pond but said nothing of being forced, she told the newspaper.

"I fear that people are going to blame me and say, 'You have this mentally challenged kid, why don't you know where he is all the time?'" she said. "But he has a learner's permit, and he's been coming alone from school since he was 12. He can take care of himself, but he trusted these girls."

The suspects were charged with assault, soliciting a subject in the production of child pornography and false imprisonment, Cameron said adding more charges may be filed.

Bush will be charged as an adult and the other suspect will be charged as a juvenile, Cameron said.

The sheriff told The News there were no updates to the investigation Thursday morning.

I'm sure you think they should be let free. They're not "equally responsible". After all, they're only girls.

Actually, I like the fact that enough time and consideration was given to this case to determine that, in order to properly serve justice, the 17 year old will be charged as an adult....It tells me the systems is working...

If you are over the age of consent, then it would be up to you to make an adult decision, irregardless of gender.

However, with most males, that is a real problem because one it comes to sex, the head between the shoulders becomes disconnected and the other head takes over.

But then after the fact, they see nothing wrong with their rash decision and start crying victim. How can one be the victim when they are possessed with the responsibility of an adult, they can't and must pay the penalty. But to exacerbate the problem, they start a tirade about the unfairness of being the one responsible and not the minor.

So the next time you are in a bar and that sweet young thing that just looks to be too young is tempting and you don't have the cojones to take her home and ask her parents, then suffer the consequences.
