Really Hard decisions. I'm a landlord and an ambulance company next to my rental wants to buy the property. And tear down the house. Well I have 3 great renters there. I want to sell the house. But what about these people. I know moving can be hard. You're a good man Mark for even thinking about them...do you know how many landlords wouldn't think twice about their renters. Very tough decision...I don't envy you. Best wishes |

I'm thinking about asking the ambulance company about giving them some moving money. At least $500 each plus there deposit no matter how they leave it. Because they are going to tear it down anyway. Maybe they wont be so mad.
