Missy u can do that... just close ur eyes n start chanting "om"... initially there will be thoughts coming to your mind but just chant n then in few mins ull forget everything n will be chanting n ull feel eased when u open ur eyes... try it for like minimum 15 mins. .. worka for me when im overstressed |
