That during rehearsals for our gig, my British ex told me I sounded like an English snob when I had to sing/say "The representative of California has the floor" on Greenday's "Holiday" and told me I had to sound American I can't effing do that But being told I'm an English snob while HE is English, pffff. I was not amused.
