that being said.... I'd start with the fruits.. because they're digested in the intestines (and NOT the stomach as most think) they should go in first (eat fruits AFTER a meal is great.. IF you like smelly gas it can't be digested before the others as it has to pass thru the stomach first.. so it ferments while it waits.. yup! and where that nasty GAS comes from.. ) and while you're waiting the 20 minutes it takes to properly empty outta the stomach.. drink a smoothie (being liquid it takes only a minute or 2 to get to the intestines) have a smoke then yer all ready for the OTHER stuff..
