too jumbled to review or verify and questionable ,,

her is one easily researched,,

although blacks have drug use commiserate with their percent of the population,(14 percent), , they are 37 percent of those arrested for drug offenses which make up HALF of the prison population,,,

So, if they are arrested because they committed a crime, then the problem is ????

the problem is those NOT Being arrested for committing the same crims,,,

Like Obozo for killing women and children, spying on everyone and forcing them to pay for something they don't want (I think that's called extortion)

So, you admit that there is nothing wrong with black criminals being put in prison, because they earned their way to prison.

I agree that nobody should get away with committing felonies.

yes, if someone commits a crime they have earned prison

hat was never the issue

the issue, for me, is the stretch of logic people use from the basic information of who is in prison,, as if its the accurate indication of who commits crimes vs who doesn't

and it is actually only the indicator of who gets IMPRISONED For their crimes,,,and who doesn't,,,

So, it is meaningless to talk or gripe about the number or percentage of prisoners who are members of a particular race or ethnicity, because those prisoners put themselves in prison by committing crimes.

Anyway, I agree that punishment for crimes should be given equally.

yes, pointless to those who refuse to see institutional racism as aomething real

not pointless when taken into consideration as indicative of how the JUSTICE SYSTEM applies its justice,,,

What a crock! Fully documented data that says exactly the opposite of what you are trying to sell and you brush it off as "jumbled" and "questionable"? It is clear, concise, and documented fully and the data is from the FBI.

A major part of racism is twisting the facts about a race to make it look better than it actually is.

why not,, plenty who are guilty aren't there,, why cant some who are innocent be there?

money dictates who is there, amongst those who are criminal

so the numbers give a FALSE representation racially of how crime happens or by whom,,,

And your evidence is . . .

yes, pointless to those who refuse to see institutional racism as aomething real

huh When did it become racist to send people to prison because they actually committed felonies?

It is one thing to claim that some people escape justice because of their race or ethnicity.

It is another thing to claim that some people are sent to prison because of their race or ethnicity.

You don't prove the latter claim by making it over and over, and you don't prove it by citing the number or percentage of prisoners who are of a certain race or ethnicity.

I have never personally made the latter claim, what I have stated is that institutional racism exists in the justice system

and some people are more likely to be TARGETED because of their race, and more likely to be IMPRISONED Because of their race/socioeconomic status,,

Getting back to the original topic of this thread ...

Apparently, anti-white racism is becoming more institutionalized within mobs of young black Americans.

That racism is resulting in actual physical harm to people.

and what 'institution' is it that whites are involved in which is under control of 'young black americans'?

bigotry and racism on the individual level may or may not be increasing,, institutional racism isn't changing,, although it could definitely get better if people bothered to care about it

or even SEE IT exists,,

What century are we living in?

Seriously, you downplay the improvements that have taken place over the decades. Those improvements have happened.
