Has any one else received a deluge of profiles which are obviously fake? It makes my blood boil.! Unfortunately my brother lost ten thousand dollars.believing he had found the woman of his dreams.how can these people prey on lonely souls? I feel very passionate about this.sorry needed to vent! X

In all honesty, except for people I meet on the fourms, well over 90% of the people I meet through mutual match and all that are scammers. I can honestly count the "real people" I have met on mutual match on one hand, and well, the scammers are WAY too many to count.

Like I said on another post a while ago, I honestly feel bad for anyone who might be a real person and I might actually click with. Nowadays, they need to develop a bit more trust than normal for me to warm up to them and for me to believe they are a real person.

There's a lot of nut-jobs out there, they're lost souls themselves. Many singles are easy prey as many of 'em are desperate.
But not just here, I had a woman on a spiritual forum asking my phone nr so she could text / whatsapp me whenever she had a question about crystals.
I'm flattered. But Crystal's helpdesk ain't open 24/7. She keeps messaging me, beginning to feel stalked. Nutjobs are everywhere.

Here I got a msg about buying and selling gold, making a huge profit blablabla.

Op; I am sorry to hear that your brother got scammed. These people are dirt bags and it pisses me off to no means. I get one or two just about every day on this site. The scary thing is their English is getting better but I read the profiles very thoroughly and I can still tell when someone is a scammer. I do believe in Karma and I think Karma will make them pay for the horrible things they have done.

This site is packed with scammers.
They're all in kahoots with the Mountain Dew stealing alien soabs!

Also do not forget that the people you meet online are still strangers.
Never trust them until you can verify that they are a good person worthy of your trust and never give strangers money no matter what the story.
Simple online user guidelines.

Oh yes scammers really make my blood boil to get 2 or 3 messages a day really annoys there people out there thst will play on people's emotions for money I lucky I can spot and block sorry to hear about your bro

I haven't had any scammers on here but that's not to say that they aren't here. I do get a lot on another site though.

Thanks for the feed back.I have found it helpfull that if in doubt,I immediately tell the person about my experiences with scammers and that usually scares them off.I can not believe how many are widows and God fearing! So they say! The nuts!!!!

One person was particularly convincing,however when he professed his undying love with in a few days.I was like 'sure,course you do' anyways we chatted away for six weeks because I was really curious as his english was perfect.I let him think I believed him,and I must admit I nearly did.he said he was in the army in kabul and had lots of pics.anyways he asked for money to help him out as he was doing his duty for his country.I replied with do not contact me again.which resulted in a lot of f words from him.I now realise these people are dangerous and I now immediately block them.we live and learn!!!

Yes i came across of nigeria crap n gis too. Beware there one on Facebook alex donlad!!! Running a lottery scam with a employer from fb!!! I filed three complaints on him n no one from fb contacted me. I dont think much of staff!!! Dont ever give anyone any money.
