Has any one else received a deluge of profiles which are obviously fake? It makes my blood boil.! Unfortunately my brother lost ten thousand dollars.believing he had found the woman of his dreams.how can these people prey on lonely souls? I feel very passionate about this.sorry needed to vent! X

Just a friendly reminder Do Not Post names or e-mails from anyone on this site. If you feel they are a Scammer then Report them. We do have a Report System which Admin check all of the reports as soon as they can. This is not something that Mods take care of and therefore must be reported through the system that is in place..

Regardless if you are not sure if they are report them anyway and let Admin decide what actions need to be taken.

I completely agree, I have noticed the way in which they speak is not quiet right, if you read it properly you can tell sometimes who is not really a UK resident or even a USA resident , but some are very hard to catch out. It is very annoying trying to find your soul mate you have to have your guard up to protect yourself,

They are very obviously scams, how could he lose 10 of thousands of dollars without investigating, meeting, catching the grammer, the errors, the refusals to meet, the "but i am in nigeria right now on missionary work. "to be blinded by love is to be blind sided by life" "believe nothing you can not verify for yourself" Even if they are not scammers people in general are out for themselves, its a primordial survival instinct and so you should always error on the side of caution till the other party has proven no need for it.

They prey on helpless people because helpless people are to anxious to believe and the hook sets deeper.

If they are not in your city, they really have no need to message you.
If they give you an email or number after the second message they are worried about being banned before setting the hook.
If they are obviously using an online translator.
If they ask for money , period.
If they refuse to meet but start calling you pet names.

100's of others, only a moron could be caught in this stuff. My 8 year old daughter could tell me there is something wrong with these messages.
