It's pretty slow compared to what it used to be.

Seeing this made me think of a question that to this day no one has been able to answer to my satisfaction.

OK, When someone dies,The obit in the news paper will usually say something sorta like this, "The late Mr Rodgers was laid to rest today at the "We Bury Them Deep" Cemetery over in east bla bla bla. So on and so forth. But, Here is the question(s), Why do they always say "The Late?" It makes no sense to me. How can you be "late" when you already been here? You were here,you passed away. Now,your gone. Also, Isn't saying, "The late Mr Rodgers was laid to rest today" Isn't that the same thing as saying he was late for his own burial? In this term "Late" means Dead. So, Doesn't that mean he is already at rest since he was already suppose to dead? Confused? If you are, So am I.
