Can't find a support link. How can I get the attention of these people to fix my picture and put it right side up? I even uploaded a second picture and its upside down too! Username danieleq

The picture is probably oriented upside down. If you are using Windows 7 sometimes when you look at it, Windows 7 automatically corrects the orientation your viewing but not the pic itself.

To Correct:
1. Open Windows Explorer (Icon Looks like a FILE in bottom left)(NOT Internet Explore)
2. Locate your photo. Note the thumbnail is the true orientation.
3. Right Click on Photo
4. Select Rotate Clockwise, then Right Click again Rotate clockwise one last time.

Should now be fixed and you can re-Upload it

You must pre-edit the picture, from a cell phone:
To turn photos on your phone:
"If you took it on your phone, you can
usually rotate the photo right on the
phone, by using the menu button and
selecting "rotate 90 degrees" option."

I personally use the FREE http://www.irfanview.com
because every time you click on any picture,
it brings up the 'edit' toolbar, where you
can turn pics any which way.

On a PC, you can also use Paint, the program that comes with Windows. If you can find the image file on your PC, you can right-click on it, then select "Open with..." and then select "Paint" in the list of programs. In Paint, you can use the rotate tool.

If you don't have access to 'Paint' you can go online and get:
http://paint-net.en.softonic.com/ a FREE program just like 'Paint.'

The 'turning' mechanism is under 'Image' at the top.
