I naturally tend to gravitate toward average to hethy types. Its not all about finding that type more attractive, but if he is a couch potato, we would never see each other.

My ex-husband is definitely on the hefty side, but he's also fit and athletic (cyclist, hiker). Still though, most of the heavier guys I've met tend to be couch potatoes and since I'm an active person that's kind of a turn-off. So I prefer the average, thin or athletic builds because they usually indicate a more active, fitter person who'll keep up with me or even be a challenge.

BMI is kind of misleading, though. 'Slender' is a visual thing, really.
