What are they really looking for? I don't want to waste their time if they are looking for one thing and I am looking for something totally different. Is there a connection that makes me want to go on the date, regardless if we end up dating or not? What they really look like - gotta know who I am going to be meeting that day.

What are the three most important things you want to know on/before a first date? Are there any warrants out for her arrest? Is her arrest record as long as mine? How many recipes for "cat" can she prepare? Oh, wait. Those questions were for when I was on planet Melmac. Now that I am on planet Earth, I should ask different questions, such as . . . Is she working for the Alien Task Force? Will she let me use her place as a hide-out? Does she have a cat?

What i'd want to know first-General apperance(so i can pick you out at the restaurant/park/and such) Availability/marital status(i dont want any one throwing acid on my face!) You are not an idle mind/couch potato(variety of subjects to talk about)

I didn't say that it would be one of the first things that I would ask someone and I didn't say that I don't like women that are "cuddly", if you prefer me putting it that way. Don't kid yourself though that most men aren't going to want to know what your body is like though and aren't going to be thinking about that as well as your sparkling personality.

No, they don't because women tend to be sensitive about that, even if they aren't "overweight". I took the question posed by this thread to be rather ambiguous or open. The OP didn't specifically ask what questions we would ask on or before a first date anyway. Presumably you can find out what someone looks like and whether there's "chemistry" etc without asking specific questions and likewise you don't really need to know their precise weight.
