Let's here what you think?

Ok, Ladies we do cry foul when it seems like guys only what our bodies and not our mind!

Do men feel the same pressure of not finding a good lady because she's all about the ducketts?!

I'll admit.. I prefer my men with a JOB, opposed to receiving Welfare or unemployment (IN both cases, you should NOT be on a dating site) !!!

I digress...

I make a certain amount of money, and yes... I want him to make equal if not more.( preferrably more)

Is this wrong?? or Should love come in all forms even broke ones?
Hit me back!

I have been digging for gold with no luck. Now I hear panning for gold is the way to go. So, I'm off to the Sierra Nevada!

Go to Sumpter, Oregon. Then you can dig for gold, hunt ghosts and be on a TV series.

None of what you stated IMO makes a female a gold digger. To me that term is more used for those women that blatantly try to get money out of multiple men without necessarily committing to be in a relationship with anyone. They are proud of it, brag about it with the female friends and make no bones about it, except to the guy if he calls them on it. Then the platitudes and endearments begin - not because they like the guy but because they don't want to lose out on the $$$

Wanting a guy to have a job is not an issue. I would want a lady to have a job. Somewhere, working for someone, or for herself.

There's a TV series on SyFy Channel 'Ghost Mine' about miners trying to reopen an old mine in Oregon. It's rumored to be haunted so a pair of paranormal investigators are brought in to see what's up.

Hmmm...
We all have filters to judge the "worthiness" of a potential or part-time mate. Mine are no short hair and no "extra pounds". Long hair is sexy, and even a little padding is pleasant, but if you don't take at least the same care for you as I do for me then I'm not interested. But even stating those I am eliminating a vast number of potentially good friends and lovers before we get the chance to reject each other for valid reasons.

Are you saying that if a guy is not "Well to do"
He should have no right to seek friendship ?
To pursue LOVE ?
To have NEEDS ?
Because that would be as SHALLOW as a guy who only looks at potential
lady friends for their looks only ?
WOW
I am appalled by that thought...
Gee guess i better leave than
Because i am a broke dick old fart....
tears

But i STILL DO have a heart desire and feelings
Though i would NBVER try to FOOL anyone on false pretenses
I DO seek friendship ...

Hmmmmmm... maybe i AM wrong being here...
Because all i have found as far as "LOVE" goes is a broken heart for loving a lady too much
And then she decided to start in with the telling me i was a NOTHING
And how SHE was a MODEL and a STEWARDESS and blah blah....
All i ever wanted was for her to FEEL something for me as well
......sigh

{Sad}

But YES it IS a money based world...

"Worthiness" ?

noway

OUCH !

{YES YES I KNOW...BYE...!}

lol

I do want to take care of my woman in the sense that I want to be all the things a good man/mate should be. But I don't want to be a man she relies on just cause I make a good salary. If she likes me for just dem benjamins, then she bettah whore out in bed. That's all I'm sayin! laugh

No Divinity... it's an open road, yes?

So roll with what you know.
And expect the same from other like-minded individuals.

Why should a person receiving financial assistance from the government be disqualified from dating?

A few years back, I was receiving unemployment insurance because the factory that I worked in permanently shut down. My wife was still alive at the time, but if I had been single, then I would have been offended by the suggestion that I was not qualified to date because of the source of my income.

Also, when a person is unable to work because of a physical disability, that person isn't going to receive big income through Social Security.

One reason why I married my late wife was because she was a Latina immigrant who had not grown up in the affluence found in the USA. She knew that I couldn't afford the kind of lifestyle that she thought was ideal. She married me anyway because she wanted love, not a lifestyle.

Right now, I can no longer work because of a physical disability, and I have applied for SSDI. Am I no longer worthy of a woman's love because I can no longer work to support myself?

Interesting point. Its only fair to be on equal levels in respect to finance. The best thing to do is date in a circle of potential partners that will bring that equality to the table. If one chooses to go outside of that rquirement, one risks falling in love with someone less financialy secure. Its a risk one should consider while looking for a life partner. Its alittle easier for a man who is secure financialy to fall for a woman less secure as his man's nature is to provide. A financially secure woman risks more with a broke guy, one must choose.
