There is nothing preventing peace in the Mideast except for the religious hatred of some directed at the Jewish people of Israel. Sad but true. Sad, yes... but also totally untrue. The middle east got screwed up when the west started playing colonial games in the area. That was long before Israel was even on the scene, but Rothschild's deal with Herzl definitely destroyed any real hope of peace in the region.
Besides,the '48-War was started by the Arabs!
Nasser had nationalized the Canal!
Oh,it invaded Lebanon because of the PLO constantly attacking from South-Lebanon!
Oh,Sixday War wouldn't have been fought if the Arabs didn't mass their Armies once again,and if Nasser hadn't ran the UN out of the Sinai and replaced it with Egyptian Forces!

If Sixday-war hadn't happened,Jordan would still be sitting on Judea and Samaria and East-Jerusalem,and Egypt would still be sitting in Gaza!
What did nationalization of the Suez Canal have to do with Israel's trying to steal it from egypt? Regarding your opinion unsubstantiated with historical references, please at least cite something that backs it. If Sixday-war hadn't happened,Jordan would still be sitting on Judea and Samaria and East-Jerusalem,and Egypt would still be sitting in Gaza! So? What is your point? |

Israel exists. They don't have the right to invade other countries, steal their homes, and expand their boarders and force their government and and sanctions on others or to treat others like second class citizens, or assassinate people. All people have a right to live and exist. Not just "Israel."

The bias is all the idiotic assertions that Israel is the aggressor here - when in fact all Israel ever did was try to be left alone when all the antisemitic neighbors refused to make peace and instead attack Israel repeatedly. That all people have a right to live and exist is just a simple truth which Hamas and Islamic Jihad and the others attacking Israel refuse to respect. I'm glad you feel that way. I need a place to live and a bunch of people told me I could have your place. They laid out who gets what bedrooms, living room, etc. and said we could share the kitchen. I'll be moving in next week. I'm really glad you won't be pissed about it and will leave me alone to live in peace at what used to be your place. The last thing I want is to be terrorized in my own house. |
