First of all please keep Sheryl close to you and let her know we all miss her down here. You know my problems Lord and I know you will answer them the way you want them and I will have to accept them. Keep my children safe Lord and heal my oldest so he can go back to his regular activities again. I ask that you be with all my friends and loved ones and keep them safe.

Hey God, how's it goin?

We were drivin' around last weekend and lo and behold - Tatonka in Minnesota -- Whew-hooo! Still hurts to see 'em surrounded by barbed wire, but at least they're still around. I'll gladly take the compromise. Prayer and abundance - point taken.

All that is, if you'd like to slap me upside the head or those in need would work too with some little known breathing techniques to promote new lung bronchioles or at least ways in which to create more elasticity in scarred ones that would be vastly appreciated.
