I would take that as a confession that he's cheating. He's obviously doing something he knows he shouldn't, or that you would not appreciate. I would leave. But, I have absolutely zero tolerance for games, lies, and other nonsense.

So, I would say, trust your gut. You know better than anyone. If you feel he's cheating, he most likely is.

Keep in mind that the heart is foolish, it's not always wise to follow it. Sometimes we have to trust our gut and admit that if somethings doesn't seem right, it isn't.
