Hi Penny. Hope the weight loss is going well. I was a good girl during the holidays; worked out and ate very low cal as well as healthy during the holidays. Put my uniform on Jan 1 and it was actually loose on me so it was a great way to start the New Year.

Happy New Year Every one :) I started the new year with a bang . . by hurting my knee and being immobile for a few days. its getting better and im seeing the dr today so i will have her look at it. I appreciate everyones support so much :) you all are soo awesome :) i have been cleared by the cardiac specialist and the pulmonary dr thy both say im healthy for surgery and it should be low risk. :) i have my psyc eval on the 23rd. . . so it wont be much longer :)

Had my pscyalogical evaluation today and she has no problem recomendimg me for surgery. She said im making good progress and choice to help myself maintain a healthy lifestyle. Next step . . . Sending everything to then surgon who will send then surgery request to my insurance.
