Happy New year everyone.
I'm holding steady at 230, but s plateau is normal and I managed to make it through the hollidays with out gaining even though Imade a crazy amount of cookies and candies for my friends and neighbors. This year as well as continuing to make healthier choices I'm going back to school. I start Medical Billing and coding classes on monday :) Hope you all are doing well, I wish you alk a New year filled with Love,Hope,Peace. <3 Penny |

Happy new year .... Ya I'm still in here... I'm back at the gym as of today.... Starting weight 167 this time... For me it about rang of motion

:) :) :) Howdy Everyone.:) I'm so sorry I haven't been on much. Life's got me pretty busy. The classes im taking have the last 6 weeks reserved for an externship. But I managed to get offered one while im still taking my classes. My instructors okayed it. I start friday. :). For the next 6-8 weeks I'll be doing both. School m-w and externship Thursday. And Fri. But thay means I'll be able to get my certificate the end of September. Instead of middle November. :). As far as my weight goes im holding syeady at 225. And im so much healthier and happier than I was. Thanks you all for your support. Hope every one is doing well. _((((HUGS))))) Penny

In the beginning I had no self esteem and it was hard for me to see value in myself.. But as I lost weight, I started rewarding myself with non=food rewards. ... small knick knack, a new nail polish, simple pleasures. I've come along way, and when I saw that Kenny Chesney was coming to town, I decided that deserved a big reward for all my positive changes. So I bought myself a VIP ticket, with money I had been saving for something special. Had an awesome time at the Kenny Chesney Concert. He was AWESOME. But the best part was the feeling if pride I had from being comfortable in a regular seat with room to spare and room for people to get around me . From a size 28/30(4X or 5X) to a size 16 . .THATS SOMETHING TO CELEBRATE !!!
