I had a trainer tell me when I first started working out that I would actually miss it when I didn't do it for a few days.. I thought to myself, yea, sure I will, but I really did when on vacation...lol Have a great weekend Penny.. |

It wad such a beautiful day. I didn't wanna stay inside. I spent the day swimming and setting out at the gazebo talking to neighbors. then I swam again and enjoyed the Jacuzzi as the Sun went down. Hope everyone else had an amazing day. :)

Another day swimming . . . .good thing I love the water. :) I go back to the Dr. On Thursday for my weigh in hopefully the week. I was sick didn't have much impact. but I'm not stressed out about it. I just try to do a little better each day.

I was actually a little surprised because I missed a week of swimming. but then again I hardly at anything but chicken noodle soup when I was sick. Went for my swim and did 20 laps :) plus every thing else. My next major goal is 350. |

I've started adding whey and soy protein shakes to my diet to boost my protein intake and help build lean middle while I exercise. Hoping it'll have a positive effect. :)

Studies show that your more likley to keep up a work out routien if have someone doing it with you. I haven't found a work out buddy yet but I've got a dedicated walking partner . . .our dog duster :)

I was being a good samaritan and helped a man stranded on his wheel chair up a very steep hill in front of my house. Both shoulders hurt but nothing too serious I hope. |
