Being very straight forward (or extremely rude if you like) seems to work for me

never blocked anyone from the forums yet. I blocked pilipinas and chinese who keep checking me out. And I used to block and report scammers and hookers. I don't do that any more, either -- if they nudge me, I nudge them right back, and that's where the entire epic of the love story of the century ends with each.

I dont know if I have any or not. I know I decline alot of offers (mostly due to age, NOT INTERESTED in twenty somethings) but not sure if thats the same as a block,,,

i went about 3 years before 1 got the distinction. lucky she.

Well since I have been on here forever, I had to check. I have 7 pages of bocked users.

About a dozen women. All wanting to chat on Yahoo, which eventually led to them asking for money.

Only 8 people in 4 years. They were either extraordinarily graphic in an email conversation or just wouldn't take no for an answer.

One page....all of them asked me to be their queen....


I have enough trouble running my own life never mind running their's too!!!


Even after I said I am taken, they kept asking so they made the list.

Click on "MAIL".....it is one of the choices under that header.

I've blocked 3 people in 3 years...
all of them are not here now.

especially regardless who that person is... since you don't know who that person is before you read his or her profile. Saying.

With all due respect, and in light of how the blocking works, you can't be in a position to tell if these people are still on the site now and active or not.

You can see around the last time they were online. If their profile has been deactivated, you can see that too.

Over the years I have been on this site, I have blocked a few people. Not sure of an actual number as I only block them for a day or so. Once I block them, they tend to get the point and don't bother me even after I unblock them. I just unblocked one person and I don't even remember why I blocked him. It is really hard to get me to block someone. Usually it's persistant pervs.

Funny story, or so I think: I was recently kicked off of a phone date site because too many people had blocked me. The site allows you to see who has blocked you, and more often than not it was people who had never tried to communicate with me that had blocked me. They simply viewed my profile. Gotta love the shallow end of the pool. It's ok though. I wouldn't have been interested in them anyway.

rare for me to block anyone. Just easier to ignore the people you don't like.

Talking about ignoring people you dont like, i have had some crazy guys persistently requesting me for "sex chat" and i have ignored them for some time(yet i have been here for only 2 weeks or so). I think i will just have to block them instead of ignoring them.

To date, I've only had to block about 8 people and half of those were reported scammers.

How can you send a blank message? I get an error halt for that.

maybe i should ask this in the "help" forum.
