One's location does affect one's opportunity to date another of a different racial/ethnic background. It may be normal in California for a black woman to date a white man, but it is very rare in Oklahoma.

Will she want to that is another story entirely. If any one says that predjudice does not exist would be a lie. It does and if either part of the couple can not deal with it the relationship is likely to suffer maybe even fail.

I don't know how many of those relationships are with non-citizens but my guess is it ss a very minimal number if for no other reason there is enough variety of people to chose from right here in the USA so why go through the ardueous expensive process of dateing someone intercontenentially? Generally , not universally, Americans are fiercely patriotic to their own country and would be hard pressed to be made to believe being a citizen anywhere else would be and advantage.

In your opening post, you asked if it was possible for whites to accept you( I'm assuming you mean in general, blacks). You then said that whites cheat you too much(again,assuming black). Then you also said to a poster, that she wouldn't accept you,but would a white man as a friend. It sounds to me that YOU have an issue with it,not so much that you are trying to have an open discussion.


I have, and probably will again, dated outside of my race. I have also dated within my race. I've never judged anyone by the color of their skin. For the record though, as you brought up different races accepting one another, and I may be WAY off base, but anyone can be racist/judgemental. the color of your skin has nothing to do with that either.
