Exactly.....For nearly a decade Iran has side stepped efforts by the IAEA to allow international inspectors access to sites, documents, etc, believed to be related to an Iranian nuclear weapons program....When international pressure in the form of sanctions (the latest being the European Oil Embargo) is applied they agree to allow inspections only to back out once the pressure is released...If Iran wants less sanctions or no sanctions and they have no hidden agenda what is preventing them from granting international access to inspectors?.....
