What I fail to understand are people who insist on using the Anti-Semitic claim when it has been pointed out time and time again that to be Anti-Zionist is not being Anti-Semitic.

Joe Biden is a self confessed Zionist and he is not Jewish.

So to be Anti-Joe Biden is being Anti-Zionist Not Anti-Jewish.

As far as labeling people Jew Haters and self hating Jews, that is all part of the School of Hasbara.

It doesnt work any more folks...give it up and find some new ideas, you are letting yourselves down, get some thoughts of of your own.

Israel gets 8.2 million in aid from America each and every day.

Imagine what your state could do with that kind of money.

(so sorry for this anti semetic statement no harm intended)

i don't really consider this hate-talk, they do receive lots of money from the US. But, they are (IMO) the one country that deserves it, being surrounded by countries that absolutely hate them. maybe the other countries have good reason to hate them, maybe not, i don't know why.

Of course if their neighbors really hate the Israelis it is because of WHAT THEY HAVE DONE. And being hated is not a reason to think that they "deserve" our money. Please. That's ridiculous.

They used terrorism to invade a country they claim was "given" to them. (By God, or the British... I can't remember who.)laugh laugh

People will resist aggressors, infiltrators, thieves. People will hate them. You will know them by their deeds. They are Illuminati... not necessarily "Jews." Not all Jews are Zionist thieves. Not all Zionist thieves are Jews.

But so many of the Zionists nationalists claim to be Jewish, that they give the impression that all Jews are like them. This is not true. But anti-Zionist Jews will tell you that Zionist Jews are the ones who are engendering the hatred of Jews..... by their deeds.

you could read Res.181.

And possibly check the latest Genetic Research on the Jews, and I mean ALL the Jews!
By you making up your own Definitions you really exclude yourself from any rational Discussion,as your latest Post shows!

They haven't used weapons of mass destruction even though it's a general consensus that they possess them. They don't want to destroy the United States of America. They don't kidnap civilians and saw their heads off with dull knives on video.

How exactly is Israel stealing land? They gave up the entire Egyptian Sinai to Egypt for peace, that they won in a defensive war.

They gave up every inch of Gaza in the hopes for peace, and got Hamas and rockets instead of peace.

The Germans started and lost WW 2. Russia and Poland have 'occupied' their land since 1945.
Israel was attacked at its birth 3 years later in 1948, and many times since. Why are they occupying, when Russia and Poland are not? Let's be consistent. Had the Arabs not attacked, they would not be whining now. Why is there a different standard always for Israel and its little sliver of land (less than NJ) that they have developed and made bloom.

Israel accepted 850,000 Jewish refugees from Arab lands after 1948. Why haven't the Arabs with all their oil wealth and land, not absorbed the Palis? 98% of the so-called Palis are under their rule..

Back to Iran... The Beating of The Drums

House Bill Shifting Red Line for War on Iran Passes Overwhelmingly
The bill calls for a military strike if Iran obtains nuclear "capability"
by John Glaser, May 17, 2012

A bill in the House of Representatives has just been passed which inches the United States dangerously close to war with Iran just days ahead of a second round of diplomatic talks with Iran about its nuclear program.

The vote, passed 401-11, effectively calls for a military attack on Iran when it obtains a “nuclear weapons capability” – an undefined term that, by some interpretations, could already apply to Iran, not to mention Brazil, Japan, the Netherlands, and any other country with a civilian nuclear program.

“Current U.S. policy is that Iran cannot acquire nuclear weapons,” said Dennis Kucinch (D-Ohio), one of the few who voted against the bill. “Instead, H.Res. 568 draws the red line for military action at Iran achieving a nuclear weapons capability, a nebulous and undefined term that would include a civilian nuclear program.”

The shifting of the so-called “red-line” is instructive. Hawkish rhetoric for some time now has been that Iran is developing nuclear weapons and this provides a pretext for war unless we can reverse their course. The problem is that this rhetoric is not true: the U.S. military and intelligence community are in consensus that Iran has no nuclear weapons program.

And so the red-line shifted to include something Iran is doing, namely enriching uranium for peaceful purposes. Some argue that the Iranian government simply having the know-how for building nukes is enough to attack it, but that is an absurd justification for war if for no other reason that knowledge doesn’t amount to an imminent threat. The attack would therefore be a war of aggression - one without the justification for self-defense - which international law designates a serious war crime.

Col. Lawrence Wilkerson, former Chief of Staff for Secretary of State Colin Powell, warned “This resolution reads like the same sheet of music that got us into the Iraq war, and could be the precursor for a war with Iran….it’s effectively a thinly-disguised effort to bless war.”

Abraham's Children in the Genome Era: Major Jewish Diaspora Populations Comprise Distinct Genetic Clusters with Shared Middle Eastern Ancestry

Abstract

For more than a century, Jews and non-Jews alike have tried to define the relatedness of contemporary Jewish people. Previous genetic studies of blood group and serum markers suggested that Jewish groups had Middle Eastern origin with greater genetic similarity between paired Jewish populations. However, these and successor studies of monoallelic Y chromosomal and mitochondrial genetic markers did not resolve the issues of within and between-group Jewish genetic identity. Here, genome-wide analysis of seven Jewish groups (Iranian, Iraqi, Syrian, Italian, Turkish, Greek, and Ashkenazi) and comparison with non-Jewish groups demonstrated distinctive Jewish population clusters, each with shared Middle Eastern ancestry, proximity to contemporary Middle Eastern populations, and variable degrees of European and North African admixture. Two major groups were identified by principal component, phylogenetic, and identity by descent (IBD) analysis: Middle Eastern Jews and European/Syrian Jews. The IBD segment sharing and the proximity of European Jews to each other and to southern European populations suggested similar origins for European Jewry and refuted large-scale genetic contributions of Central and Eastern European and Slavic populations to the formation of Ashkenazi Jewry. Rapid decay of IBD in Ashkenazi Jewish genomes was consistent with a severe bottleneck followed by large expansion, such as occurred with the so-called demographic miracle of population expansion from 50,000 people at the beginning of the 15th century to 5,000,000 people at the beginning of the 19th century. Thus, this study demonstrates that European/Syrian and Middle Eastern Jews represent a series of geographical isolates or clusters woven together by shared IBD genetic threads.

This hysterical theater of peril on the Iranian nuclear issue is not based on any credible threat. Contrary to the propaganda, there is a consensus in the U.S. military and intelligence community that Iran is not developing nuclear weapons and has not shown any intention to do so. Worse still, the policies now being applied are likely to bring about exactly the result the hawks say they’re trying to prevent: an emboldened, nuclear-armed Iran.

I don't think the fear mongering about nuclear weapons has anything to do with it.

Fear is the excuse to preemptively strike.

Iran cleric calls for ‘special weapons’
June 15, 2010|Ali Akbar Dareini, Associated Press

TEHRAN — The hard-line spiritual mentor of Iran’s president has made a rare public call for producing the “special weapons’’ that are a monopoly of a few nations — a veiled reference to nuclear arms.

Ayatollah Mohammad Taqi Mesbah Yazdi wrote in a book circulated among senior clerics that Iran should not deprive itself of the right to produce these “special weapons.’’

Iran’s government and its clerical hierarchy have repeatedly denied the country is seeking nuclear weapons, as alleged by the United States and its allies.

The Security Council last week imposed a fourth round of sanctions in response to Tehran’s refusal to halt uranium enrichment, which Iran maintains is only for its nuclear energy program, but could conceivably be used to produce material for weapons.

The new UN sanctions call for an asset freeze of another 40 additional companies and organizations, including 22 involved in nuclear or ballistic missile activities.

European Union foreign ministers agreed yesterday to recommend a package of additional sanctions against Iran that go beyond the UN measures. Those sanctions would focus on trade, especially on dual-use items that could have nuclear applications. They also would further restrict insurance and financial transactions.

Yazdi’s hard-line views, including devotion to the Mahdi, a messiah-like figure to reappear ahead of judgment day, have had a strong impact on President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, who shows him more respect than any other senior cleric.

Yazdi’s book, “The Islamic Revolution — Surges in Political Changes in History,’’ was written in 2005 and then reprinted last year but would have had only a very limited circulation among senior clerics and would not have been widely known.

“The most advanced weapons must be produced inside our country even if our enemies don’t like it. There is no reason that they have the right to produce a special type of weapons, while other countries are deprived of it,’’ Yazdi wrote.

Yazdi is a member of the Assembly of Experts, a conservative body of 86 senior clerics that monitors Iran’s supreme leader and chooses his successor. He also heads the Imam Khomeini Educational and Research Institute, an Islamic think tank, in the holy city of Qom, 80 miles south of the capital.

In his book, Yazdi said Iran must acquire the necessary deterrent weapons in order to stand up to its enemies.

“Under Islamic teachings, all common tools and materialistic instruments must be employed against the enemy and prevent [the] enemy’s military superiority,’’ he said.

He also said Muslims must not allow a few powers to monopolize certain weapons in their arsenal.

IRAN ANNOUNCES ONCE AGAIN THAT IT PLANS TO FULLY ANNIHILATE ISRAEL - There are those who stand up for Iran, saying that they never said they would "wipe Israel" off the map. Well, for those who doubt Iran's plan to destroy our ally yesterday Iran made it clear that they are dedicated to annihilating Israel, the Islamic regime’s military chief of staff declared Sunday. “The Iranian nation is standi...ng for its cause and that is the full annihilation of Israel,” Maj. Gen. Hassan Firouzabadi said in a speech to a defense gathering Sunday in Tehran.

Israel want to be the dominant force in the middle east.

The Iranians are essentially hoping to deter adversaries without actually having a deterrent, by signaling that a nuclear weapon could be built quickly in response to an attack.
