Khalid Sheikh Mohammed was designated the “mastermind of 9/11” because the US government had in custody this hapless individual, perhaps sold to them by warlords for the bounty paid for “terrorists.” There’s no good in having a mastermind of 9/11 whom you cannot catch. So Khalid Sheikh Mohammed became the Mastermind of 9/11. Once designated the Mastermind, the CIA torturers went to work on him, illegally, of course, but who cares, here was the Mastermind of 9/11. After Khalid Sheikh Mohammed was water-boarded 183 times with the only evidence against him being coerced self-incrimination, both the former chief US prosecutor at Guantanamo, Colonel Morris Davis, and Admiral Donald Guter, Judge Advocate General of the US Navy, dismissed the Guantanamo military tribunal trials as show trials or “circuses.”

Nothing about the State of Israel logical or normal. The religious myths that surround the middle east and the temple mount and so-called end-time prophecies is what all of this middle east B.S. is about. Nothing more than that. Its just myth and religion. People need to put these myths behind them and learn to live together in peace... but I assure you they never will.... because people are ignorant.

The religious myths that surround the middle east and the temple mount and so-called end-time prophecies is what all of this middle east B.S. is about. Nothing more than that. Its just myth and religion. People need to put these myths behind them and learn to live together in peace... but I assure you they never will.... because people are ignorant. We had Thirty (30) years of bloodshed here in Northern Ireland and the world thought it was about religion.....it was about land that in the end had to be shared by all

In a normal society yes ...religion is a free choice..but when the politics becomes associated purely with religion then that is a recipe for catastrophe The Politics of Northern Ireland under the Stormont Regime was a Protestant Parliament For a Protestant People..Bad Idea...Didn't work ... The Arabs attacking Israel has nothing to do with land either. For example, Israel just gave Gaza up completely as they previously did with the Negev and they have given up all governmental responsibility in the West Bank to the Palestinians. Yet Hamas still says they will never accept a Jewish state and they continue to launch rockets indiscriminately into Israeli towns and villages and vow to take hostages and commit more terrorist bombings of Israeli civilians. Giving up or exchanging land is not the solution. The Palestinians will simply have to accept a permanent Jewish state of Israel and give up any weapons and live side by side peace. It is about the Jews having freedom of practicing their own religion in their own way under their own government. It has never been about land fundamentally.

Who are the Plaestinians?....Good question Jeannie....The State of Israel was not created out of Palestinian lands, it was created out of the Ottoman Empire which was lost by the Turks when they were defeated in WWI...Why were there no Plaestinian lands Jeannie?...BECAUSE there were NO Plaestinians, just ARABS!...Arabs who vowed never to allow a non-Arab state to exist ANYWHERE in the ME...AND, since the FIRST day of the creation of the State of Israel in 1948, the Arabs have waged a war of annihilation against Israel that continues to this day in spite of Israel's continued efforts for peace, friendship, cooperation....IF there had been no invasion by Arab armies with genocidal intentions there WOULD have been a State of Palestine in the West Bank and Gaza since 1948!!!!...It is not that hard to understand, just read the history....

I was using the term "Palestinians" because that is what they are calling themselves purely as an identifier. They should have to give up their weapons because they target innocent civilians with them in horrific terrorist attacks. Those who have shown repeatedly that when given rockets for example that they launch them into towns and cities with the intent to kill as many innocent people as possible should never be allowed to get any more rockets again. Also they have used guns to kidnap and shoot innocent people and explosives to make bombs for buses and cafes. It is ridiculous to arm people who do such things. They can be a neutral country with no standing army. It is not an issue. Yes, they would be vulnerable but they also would have no one attacking them and no need for any heavy arms.

The State of Israel is Flawed in exactly the same way Northern Ireland was and is still Flawed. I say still flawed but we have made big progress. Northern Ireland was set up as a Protestant Parliament for a Protestant People in The same way as Israel was set up as a Zionist Jewish Political Regime for a Purely Jewish people. In both cases a substantial number of residents were/are treated as second class citizens. In both cases many thousands of people have died because of a manufactured political/religious idea.

Media loves to compare military conflicts...So, it seems, do some people...How many times have you heard Iraq is the second Vietnam?...Kosovo is just like Bosnia?...And my personal favorite the United States of Europe....None of these comparisons are accurate because each is unique...Just like Northern Ireland and Israel...What works in one part of the world in totally irrelevant in another....

Just read her post to me and that was my IMMEDIATE FIRST thought too...My second though was how OK she sounds with that... well, i'm sure they had their reasons for making that particular area their homeland. i'm not sure how long the muslims have hated the jews, but i think it goes back further than the 40's. they have been warring for centuries, tearing each others temples down and rebuilding new ones one the same spot for years.
