Topic: NIST says WTC building # 7 collapse caused by fire.

To ignore the fact that the twin towers could not possibly have fallen one floor on top of another and left so little debris at the footprint is simply idiotic. And yet you think a demolition would have any less debris? Oh please wise one explain how a demolition would have less debris. You obviously are not grasping what I am saying. The explanation of how the twin towers (1 and 2) fell was "a pancake collapse," one floor on top of another. If that were really the case, there would have been a pile of rubble at least 1/8 of the building height. And yet there wasn't. The pile of rubble from the towers was only 2% of the original building height. The building turned into dust. There was dust all over, inches deep, all over the streets and finer particles of dust flew up into the atmosphere and spread for miles and miles. Normal controlled demolitions do not behave like that. Pancake collapses do not behave like that.

thermites are a pyrolant.. they burn hot and extremely bright.. as much thermite that would be needed to cut the columns for a full collapse of the towers would have lit up the daytime sky like the fourth of july..

People at street level like police and firemen seldom know who's orders they are ultimately following. They are pawns in the game. They see things and they are told what they can and cannot talk about and the excuse is always the same... National security, top secret, classified etc. So an officer of 23 years would simply turn a blind eye to explosives in a building because he was told to? OK.. Not to mention that if he knew explosives were in the towers why on earth would he go into the north tower and climb the stairs searching for victims? He wasn't smart enough to figure out that the explosives he was to ignore along with planes flying into the buildings weren't just a coincidence? I have no idea what any particular individual would do in any given circumstance. There were many firemen and others who spoke out and told what they saw on video and in statements and you can find these all over the Internet. And yet these eyewitness accounts were NOT ALLOWED TO BE HEARD or investigated by the 9/11 commission, nor were they allowed to be aired on the news for very long. The ones that were, were soon banned from being shown.

It is very possible that some type of new weapon has been developed and is being tested by the military that involves Nano-thermite. It could be one of those "top secret" "classified" things that you keep hearing about. Even Wikipedia says this: Potential uses for Nano-thermite Historically, pyrotechnic or explosive applications for traditional thermites have been limited due to their relatively slow energy release rates. Because nanothermites are created from reactant particles with proximities approaching the atomic scale, energy release rates are far greater.[2] MICs or Super-thermites are generally developed for military use, propellants, explosives, and pyrotechnics. Research into military applications of nano-sized materials began in the early 1990s.[3] Because of their highly increased reaction rate, nanosized thermitic materials are being studied by the U.S. military with the aim of developing new types of bombs several times more powerful than conventional explosives. Nanoenergetic materials can store more energy than conventional energetic materials and can be used in innovative ways to tailor the release of this energy. Thermobaric weapons are one potential application of nanoenergetic materials.[5]

You may not be as well informed about the applications for nano thermites as you think. Particularly where top secret testing and research is involved.

The ones that were, were soon banned from being shown. I saw the videos where people were describing what they thought were explosions. I live near the Wallops Island Naval Test Range. I know that f-18s routinely fly up the coast from Wallops past where I live and when they go super sonic and pass the sound barrier the "boom" sounds and feels like a bomb went off.. Windows.. the ground.. it all shakes..

Even if you can present a convincing argument that nano-thermites could not have been explosive enough to cause of the destruction of the twin towers, there would need to be an explanation of why so many people are finding nano-thermites in the dust from the WTC. There are too many baffling unanswered questions for most people to find the official 9/11 commission report believable. If people heard explosions, if people were injured in explosions, if people found nano-thermite in the dust, If the Bush-Cheney administration were connected with security at the WTC and the airports where the planes departed,...if if if if....all of the eyewitnesses were heard and not ignored, if our leaders would actually answer our questions... Then I would listen to their story. But their story, as it stands, is unconvincing. And the people telling it are suspects as far as I am concerned.

No matter what form of thermite the next theory presents the fire would have caused it to react..

Amazing. It is scientifically impossible that any explosive was uses at 9/11 but the truthers just keep stating that it was. The math models of the falling structures are complete but the crazy theories keep being presented as "fact" when every fact is ignored and every debunked stupid non-possibility is presented. Nano thermite was not found at 9/11. Some chemical elements found in thermite were found, BUT, the same elements are found in computers, wall coverings, etc. There were ALL the elements of gunpowder found but no one is claiming gunpowder was used. Go to school people. The only "Truth" you are proving is a lack of education and a lack of reasoning ability. Nano thermite is not top secret. It is not even secret. If it was you wouldn't know about it. It is just a little more effective version of thermite by grinding the powder finer. Much of the twin towers fell into their underground parking garages.
