It seems like every night some self centered people blast music or fight in the middle of the night & close to morning. I'm awak now because of that right now. & It is only 4:54 I got woke up about 3:30 or 4:00 am. Doesn" anybody ever go to bed around here? Oh yeah during the day. I ought to blast my music yell and scream so they can get a taste of their own medicine. What do you think?

I personally think you should be the bigger man/woman and just walk away from a confrontation. What will it fix? Nothing!

This comstant disrupted sleep, I end up not feeling to well not to mention cranky.

Here in Germany it's illegal to play loud music 10pm and 6am.
If you want to play loud music/ have a party, you are obliged to tell your neighbours and ask them if they mind, They are also free to call the police if you don't. You are permitted to have 2 parties a month, but you must register them with the local authorities. There are still some who flout the laws but that is very reare were I live.

Actually I like my neighborhood. They will do just about anything for you. I even have one neighbor that keeps an eye on the house when i'm away just in case trouble starts.

My neighbourhood is great...It's always quiet....Sometimes the neighbours will turn their music up in the daytime and I tell them to turn it up more!!!!!!!!!!

I have always asked nicely for them to turn the music down and if they don't then I call the Police , my problem is I live in an apartment building and a "lady" with the same name lives 4 doors down from me and men come knocking on my door for sexual favors or drugs but to call police I have to prove this and I can't prove she is doing all this. So I had to put a sign on door saying that I did not do these things and some do not knock now.

I hate this whole town. I never lived in a place where evrybody is either a cliquish exclusionary jerk or a farm animal.

I'm so sorry! That is just so awful and inconsiderate.

It reminds me of living in my college dorm, which is understandable. But you're neighborhood house where you pay tax, and bills is just plain wrong!

this neighborhood is ok except for the career ghetto folk that dont give a **** about anything or discipline their kids.

well, my "neighborhood" is very quite, I live 8 miles out of town and next to a 1500 head dairy operation. They only bad part is the smell sometimes.

wow i wont even get started on the smarts$$ punk kids in my neighborhood.. they are so rude and inconsiderate i had to put a fence up to keep the brats out of my yard and then the other day i caught one of the little brats throwin things in my yard so i went out in the yard and told him to quit throwin things in my yard and then the little smartass runs up to my fence and yells "your not my mother and you dont tell me what to do....." to which i replied listen you little mf im warning you to not fk with me..........ok i gotta stop this topic gets me so rilled up so to just say i hate my neighborhood

You shouldn't have to put up with that; if you aren't comfortable asking them directly, you can go straight to the cops.

ha thats a joke i have called the cops several times and by the time they get here(i live out in the country)the kids are gone.....or even the cops dont come out at all and when you call them and ask when the are coming they say we had a more important call to go on.
