Got the ok from the dr to get back to the gym.. Will be going to the Y 4x a wk...I hate doing that but I need to be in shape to ride this spring...:smile:

I'm working out almost daily, too...gotta get in shape for good health (smaller pants are a secondary benefit!)

It's okay to do cardio daily, but for resistance training (weights) you need to rest your muscles a day.

But post workout today I had the most blonde moment of my life...please, Lord! Let it be exhaustion and not haircolor!

Let's just say someone neglected to put the bottom of the blender on. No...didn't put it on loosely...just took that pitcher out of the drainrack, filled it full of blueberry filled stuff and with the intention of putting in on the blender -PICKED IT UP! You wouldn't believe the splash radius!

I've had a few other moments - NOT running on all cylinders today. Should I be a little concerned about the morning commute???

I did the same thing with the coffee fixing. I have put the water in the maker with just the filter and no coffee. I have filled up coffee machine with water, filter and coffee but forgot to put the pot under it. There are many unsuccessful ways to make coffee. Good morning.:smile:

It used to be blonde. That is one blessing of getting older. Now it is a salt and pepper color.laugh
