Isn't it nice to have a vehicle that you know will start every morning Years ago I had an old beat up Volkwagon that wouldn't start when you needed to go somewhere, so I would beat it with this old plastic bucket...

Oh, yes. Good morning, Carole. I still have a job. I was so worried. I hedged my bet on my spiritual program; I went to choir practice at the church. I really thought I had to go back to square one with my anger management. I can remember all the good work the nurse helped me with the past. I can still remember it. She would say, "Okay, lets try it without the cursing." Then she would say, "Okay, lets try it now without the yelling." Then she would say, "Okay, lets try it talking slower." Eventually she would calm me down enough where I would stop mumbling. She really helped me learn how to vent. It was so nice when she told me that normal people have anger, too. It was such a relief to not to be ashamed of my anger. It was nice to not have to shake uncontrollably and I didn't have to cry when I was angry. I was so glad that treatment helped me to stop stuffing my anger and psychology built me release valve for my anger so I could display anger like normal people do.
