I've been on here a while and have tried to reach many ladies on this site. So far I've only ever had 3 replies and only one of those were ever interested in more than friendship. I'm not meaning to pressure any girl and I don't mind being friends, but to say that they'd NEVER like me that way is a bit much. I thought the whole point of meeting people on a dating website is to see if the people you reach and you sync up enough to get along as a friend and perhaps more.

I know I'm passionate about trying to find my one true love, but that might be making me a bit strong on my approach. Maybe I lack confidence in my messages, it can be difficult balancing "confidence" and polite behavior. Maybe I'm just ugly. I don't know what the problem is exactly or even if it is JUST one problem, but I am mostly ignored here and it gets kinda frustrating sometimes...

I know how you feel Josh..I haven't had any luck on this or any other site that I've ever been on.I know that it is my fault that guys aren't attracted to me but there is nothing that I can do about the parts that guys don't like..Soooo I guess I'll just be alone forever..which is ok..I'll just go start my collection of stray animals..lol

Dieselpit, let me tell you when I was thin and later at my appropriate weight very few guys would come up to me. It seems with my weight gain has come an allure that men seem to love. Now I know what my father meant when he said a man enjoys a woman with meat on her bones. Look at the famous artworks most women have a tummy on them. Men love the softness of a woman!

it is not just this site, have met a few here and on other sites. the only problem most want to be the boss and you dare not forget it, the one I want wants to be an equal partner. not many of those around anymore.
