For me I'm a plumber/electrician-my contractors and homeowners will draw up the house plans and I'll do the rough in ..a week later i have had to come back rip up my work and change the whole thing= I finally told everyone to get it like you want it before you call me or there is going to be a hefty bill +service fees!
after that it seems to have lessened. I can't tell you how many customers have cost themselves more money because of indecision!

well at the moment I'm dusting my nightstand with the bird of paradise...rather useful plumage lol!
