Sure, I fancy myself a "strait shooter"....a "call it like I see it" type of guy. I also SO APPRECIATE hard honesty when it comes to true friends watching out for me! ...but there are times when I guess "Tact" is what I'm asking for stories about? So (not to be cavalier) YES! I DO have "regrets" and they are mostly for things I have said or reacted to!......(just trying to be honest) leaving intentionally "vague".... |

thankfully there is an edit option on the posts. there have been a few times that i have posted something that i find funny, but in black and white as i read over it, i realize that only i would take that jokingly, so i have to edit

I am the same way, in real life there is no delete button once you say it so when I am on here I try to read over what I wrote before I send it.

eh - I wouldn't worry too much about it myself - I try to respond to anyone who questions my posts, but Im sure I've missed some being on here kinda sporadically
I know I've been misunderstood on here partly, I think, because Ima goof - I am silly at heart So try to use the emoticons but at times 4get because it's a written medium there are no nonverbal or tonal cues to go on -misunderstandings can easily happen |

I try to be tactful on here...because I can be scary when I let things "fly" in real life, and if people aren't used to a Irish/New Yorker/postal worker-type personality....they tend to think I am insane.

Got into an argument with a Russian guy at work one night over a comment he passed about women and where they belonged and another co-worker, who just transferred from West Virginia, heard the yelling. He looked at a friend of mine and asked if he should go get me away from the guy...She looked at him and said "no...she's starting to turn colors.....this is when it gets good!!"
