lol guess I'm not the only one facing this problem. I've messaged a whole bunch of ladies at another dating site I paid for and not one single response. I'm on numerous dating sites and never get a single response despite being as honest as I can.

Hmmm I always try and reply to any messages that are sent to me as long as they are not asking for marrainge, sex or anything more than friendship as thats what my profile says I am looking for.

Maybe ifyou just changed your profile a little, a few more pictures, and just a bit of humour and a little info about yourself, but not too much on some things.

I usually don't reply until I've gotten to know them in the forums. Most emails from people I don't know consist of "nice azz" or I'd really like to get to know you call me sometime with a #. It depends a lot on how an email is worded if I feel it's just someone trying to make friends.

I made the mistake of breaking me own rule and responding to a nudge turned email, just cause finally it was from someone who lives in the same state I do...

We emailed back and forth a few times, I commented on how our age difference indicated to me that this was just chat and could maybe lead to a friendship. He said his ex wife is 16 years my senior and "your loss". Angry young man!! IMO (no pic and very sketchy profile but quick to email me how handsome and successful he is, ding ding ding!)

Just saying a dating site offers no guarantees but does offer entertainment if you have a sense of humor and patience.

Meanwhile take the offered advise, jump into the forums, have fun!!

I kid! There are herds of whisker bisquits around here....some of the gals are sweet or funny maybe gorgeous...generally a bunch of cool gals to be had here....but it takes a lot of work to get the ladies to drop trou. Dropping a couple random lines aint gonna hack it.
