watched a movie tonight called The Motorcycle Diaries I believe it is an Argentinian film panorama of the Andes the Amazon - beautiful! excellent film

also watched a Chinese film - very dramatic - but excellent - called Snowflower - about 2 women whose "souls" or personas remained sworn friends over 2 centuries interesting look at Chinese tradition - modern and historic China

The Maze- Recent slasher, I enjoyed it when it was set in a corn maze, but then when it tried to be a cop thriller I lost interest. Re watches- The Car - Fun 70's "Jaws on wheels" horror flick. The car was designed by George Barris(who also designed the 60's Batmobile, and Black Beauty for the 60's Green Hornet) A mysterious black car terrorizes a small desert town. Ginger Snaps and Ginger Snaps 2: Unleashed...I think these are the last truly good werewolf movies. No CGI, practical effects, which is an added bonus. I like the 3rd Ginger Snaps too, I just don't own a copy of it yet.

The Artist....love silent flicks need more of those I haven't seen The Artist yet, but have you seen The Call Of Cthulhu? Came out in 2005, based on HP Lovecraft's story, done as a silent movie...and they did a pretty good job making it look like it was filmed back in the silent era.
