You dont have to be happy for him. You should be happy for yourself, Now you dont have to worry about him trying to come back and destroy your life all over again.

This was years back, but my ex wife did the same thing. The thing though, I was really happy, thinking she wont bug me anymore. When I left her, she would not stop trying to find ways to get me to come over to her place. 4 years
 Finally! after 4 years of this  she tells me she is getting married. The thing is, she use to use the cat I had that I gave to her to try to come over a lot. The last time that happen was at a bar. I had no problem talking with her and her husband when i did see them. It was normal as talking with friends. Just that day was kind of funny. She started talking about the cat again  Mind you I haven't seen it in 4 years. She says to me, you know you can come over anytime you wont to see your cat right. I look at her and her husband and say. What part of 4 years ago, I gave that cat to you don't you understand? That was the last tme she tried to talk to me

I have a cat and the only way I can be assured that it eats good is to make sure the dog is no where around when it eats. The dog has been trying to teach it that it needs to eat faster but the cat pays the dog no mind until the dog comes over and eats whatever I set down for the cat. I felt so sorry for the cat. He is a good cat and well manner and civilized. But it is like he is telling me, "Can't you do something with this heartless *****?" And gives me this Robert DeNiro type attitude of, "Hey, I am eating here." Instead of, "Hey, I am walking here."

I went to the church when my ex got married because our daughters were the flower girls....I was talking to his aunt's sister (uncle was his mom's brother, so his wife's sister) who was a good friend to me. Just as the priest asked "Anyone here have any objection to this marriage?" she was asking me what he did for a living now. I told her....he managed a porn shop at the time....she burst out laughing right when the priest finished the question. You could hear her laughing on the video   Kodak moment! It wasn't even planned, she just happened to ask right at that moment...

got a call today from my ex of 4 years saying he's getting married next month. feels very very weird and draining i guess i could say. i want to be happy for him but im not sure i am though. ...Happy for him but not sure ...either because you are not over him...or because he is getting married and you are not...why should it upset u?...what i don't get is why he called u to say he is getting married...count your lucky stars...feel sorry for the new Bride...and celebrate!...

its going to be hard regardless. my ex fiance got married two months ago. and we broke up two years ago. i moved on i had a daughter with another man and in a serious relationship when he got married. it still feels weird though. like ur supposed to still be apart of their life in some way. i get you.

Oh my gosh I would pay someone to marry mine, so I wouldnt have to worry about him. in some ways - gotta agree with you, but my sons take pretty good care of him thankfully as he has the sense of a nickel plug I havent talked to him in 12 yrs & dont wanna - but ya, it would be weird to find out he's got married - mostly cuz of my kids tho |
