can be either bath or shower.
If bath, i add more water if it gets too cold and fill tub up as full as it will go without over flowing.
if shower, approx. 15 minutes but i let it run a min. first to get warm.

Duration of shower depends. If I got to bail out of home fast (Hit the ground running) 5 minuets. A long soak can last up to a half hour.

I just add more and let the over flow deal with the overfilling.

When I'm sore after playing football or something I'll take a bath for about an hour/hour and half with hot, hot water, usually refilling the tub with hot water as it cools down.

I bathe, and generally meditate during the bath so I add more hot water as needed and can be in there up to an hour or more... I'm a female.
