i have done my fair share of flirting. Sometimes just a smile will do, but i find if you really want to meet someone when you are out and about, the more attention you bring to your mouth, the better. accentuate your lips in anyway possible, straws in drinks a must. however, i have actually gone bold a few times and reached out and "touched" someone. there are other ways to make the first move without really doing it, its what my sister calls finesse ladies. use it to your advantage.
