I just cant get used to the english accents, I see these hosts on tv, and katy perry's boyfriend, Sometimes i think people get hired just for their accents and i dont think it's cute, especially when their personality sucks, I dont think they should be hosting a show just because they have an accent. Im just noticing an increase in hiring for the english. I think accents are a turn on, but like anything else if you dont have the whole package the accent means nothing.

Tell ya what. Why should an accent matter when the person is a douche anyways. Douche bags come from all cultures, all walks of life, and all races.

I've found that a posh english accent always garners better service when dining out.
All you have to do is restrict the movement of your jaw when enunciating single syllable words.

Sheesh!...for the past 20 plus years we have had to tolerate 98% of our television programmes being American...to the point when our kids play make believe they use a yank accent!!!

Our local backwater radio station has a bloody yank as a newsreader.
