Welshboy, try this: How to Transfer VHS to CD Free http://www.ehow.com/how_5519784_transfer-vhs-cd.html I transferred a lot of my lasers and VHS over to DVD that aren't available any where else(plus obscure movies I've downloaded), I use PowerdDirector(which came free with my capture device) to capture and encode the video for DVD, I then use PowerProducer to create the menu and chapters, then ImgBurn to burn it to DVD. Two brands I avoid(after finding out they won't play on many DVD players) are Memorex and Kodak. I think what I have is Nero? |

...I missed the pedestrians getting run over for points that the remake left out. I have to see this! One of the best scenes is when the doctors and nurses line up patients in the streets for the racers to run over, but the docs and nurse end up getting run over instead. Hahahaha! Nurses! Now I really have to see this! |

It's pretty good and user friendly. I mean, if I can use it, even Eddie can. |

Paranormal Activity 3 (Dir: Tod Williams) October 21, 2011 Synopsis: None as of yet Let me guess...stuff moves around and they video tape it.....am I right? Am I right? No, they put talcum powder on the floor and they get rabbit footprints. And then there's Paranormal Entity '09, which was made to cash in on the success of PA, it blends the mockumentary style of PA, and the paranormal rape from The Entity 1982. It's written and directed by Dick Van Dyke's grandson Shane. Eh, that's a given. After a movie becomes a hit, another movie will try to cash in by making something in the same vein. That's The Asylum for you, they're movie industry is making cash-in and copies of popular movies. When the Day The Earth Stood Still remake came out, they came out with Day The Earth Stopped. When When A Stranger Calls remake came out, they released When A Killer Calls....Transformers, they came out with Transmorphers. I Am Legend = I Am Omega Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen = Transmorphers 2: Fall Of Man Snakes On A Plane = Snakes On A Train The Da Vinci Code= The Da Vinci Treasure 2012 = 2012 Doomsday The Hitcher remake = The Hitchiker Hills Have Eyes remake = Hillside Cannibals Pirates of the Caribbean = Pirates of Treasure Island Terminator Salvation = The Terminators And Edgar Rice Burroughs and HG Wells must be public domain, because now they are doing adaptations of their work. |

hiya red, thanks for the recommendation. i have seen i spit on your grave, my brother has it in his collection. The burning and the howling are two other old horrors that i find intresting, dont know if you have seen them or not I love The Burning. I'm a huge slasher buff and almost any slasher from the 80's I love. Another great one is Just Before Dawn...and I love Madman, which was originally using the same Urban Legend as The Burning, but when they found out that The Burning was already in production with the same basis, the creators of Madman created their own legend and killer so they wouldn't look like a copycat. |

They have released stuff I've liked like Detour, which is an obvious copy of Hills Have Eyes, but it's still a lot of fun. Plus all the females wear super tight short shorts

Being an Oregonian, I had to share this:
Sundance '11: Official One Sheet for 'The Oregonian' After a slew of images and an interesting, yet odd trailer, we've not got the official festival one sheet from Calvin Reeder's The Oregonian, which premieres this January at the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah. There is a place. A place where the skies are wide and the forests are thick--and strange. You can lose yourself forever in these woods. You'll meet truckers with problems and old women with strange powers. You may even make a furry friend. Just be sure to stay quiet. Spend some time with a woman from Oregon who is lost on the road and running away from her past. Now she has a chance to experience everything the grotesque Northwest has to offer, whether she likes it or not. http://www.bloody-disgusting.com/news/22971 |

Seriously, this looks interesting and you can give a review at IMDb after you see it. They still don't have one and I know I'll be looking forward to seeing this. |

I think it's still hitting festivals, I'm not sure when it'll be on DVD or play around here.

I want to see this(and you may want to check it out Red!!)
Machete Maidens Unleashed! In the 1970s and '80s, makers of exploitation films loved to shoot in the Philippines, which offered gorgeous scenery, beautiful extras and cheap fun in the sun for the crew. This intriguing documentary examines the real face of Hollywood in Manila. Directors such as Roger Corman and Eddie Romero shot in the Southeast Asian nation, and their movies overflowed with sex, gore and action. Plentiful movie clips and in-depth interviews are featured. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fFMPELmwk7c |
