Raised in the burbs, living in the city and hating it. I'd so much rather be out in the country. Take me fishin', bring me home some venison and let me throw ya together a big old roast with potatoes, onions and carrots outta the garden. Let's sit around a big old bonfire in the back yard at night and actually be able to see the stars.

Love the city. I live in the 'burb of Mississauga, which has pop. 800,000.
It's Mega-sprawl in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) and I'm only a 45 minute bike ride from the city core.

I love the country. When I was young it was the last place I wanted to be. As I have became older it is the only place I want to be.

City most of my life, but in this past 3 years of country living, I have used duct tape in a tune up of my car, so slightly countrified.

I'm a mixture of both I think...I've lived on acreage before and absolutely LOVED it...well except for the well water and septic system anyway! frown Love the peace and quiet of living in the country and the ability to have as many animals as I wanted! But also love the convenience of the city...and of course that's where my job is so....

Ideally I would go back to living 20-30 minutes from the city so I could have both!

I like the city, but I love the country. I live in the burbs, but honestly I like the fresh air and breeze you get on the country side. Its a lot more refreshing in the morning and get you up. Also the sound of peepers in the night and buzz of nature to put you asleep nice and cozy. smitten
