nope. illegal is illegal. Not just white people are for this law. From what I have read, the AZ law is the same as the federal law. AZ just adopted it to the state law, as well.

I know several people (from Mexico or anywhere else) that came here legally and are very proud of that. They think it's not fair that they go about it legally while others don't.

My aunt came here from Korea legally. My cousin married a man from Venezuela legally. My best friend in high school was from Mexico City on a visa back then and now a citizen. My next doors neighbors from a small border town in Mexico are legal citizens.

Immigration laws are real,,,they are legitimate, and they should apply to all equally(with the exception of refugees of war or political unrest). I agree we can help and should help others but that should not infringe upon our ability to first help ourselves. I can feed someone elses child IF I am able to feed mine. But if I am unable to feed my own,, how foolish would I be to watch them starve while someone elses ate? Its a matter of consistency and following laws. We need borders, the way homes need front doors, so that we have some way to AKNOWLEDGE and ACCOUNT for those who are coming in and going out. The number of people here now are quite different than in historical times as well as the technology and the risks that come along with it. Borders are necessary , laws are necessary to regulate the borders, and everyone should have those laws applied to them equally.

Securing our borders is not just about Mexico and I do understand Mexican government feeling like militarizing our borders would be harmful. We do not want to be Germany and shooting at the wall.
