The Call of Cthulhu '05 -Modern day silent film adaptation of Lovecraft. There are a lot of movies, but very few stick close to the original source- I think this is mainly because they aren't the easiest stories to adapt to screen. Here's some good Lovecraft adaptations(just keep in mind they aren't all close adaptations- but still entertaining) Re-Animator From Beyond Dagon(more of an adaptation of The Shadow Over Innsmouth) The Unnamable The Resurrected(from The Case Of Charles Dexter Ward) Necronomicon(anthology containing-The Rats in the Walls, Cool Air and The Whisperer in Darkness) Dark Heritage(The Lurking Fear) The Dunwich Horror '70 |
