What the heck, not one Casablanca from anyone. Bogart would be pissed. Although I will let Dr. Zhivago pass into the my relm of favorites. Was never a fan of Casablanca, not a big Bogart fan- but I do like The African Queen, mostly for Kate Hepburn. |

I go w/ this ... ^^^ Citizen Kane and Casablanca BOTH long relegated as the best films EVER ... And yet? I don't quite fancy either ... The hype never convinced me otherwise ... Casablanca is thought to be the BEST screenplay EVER written!??? Casablanca is OK, but I actually can't stand Citizen Kane ... African Queen is FANTASTICO!!! |
