My daughter is on medicaid now and hosp refuse to even reduce her pain.. i raised so much hell with them we finally got an MRI done and she has a bulging disc and irritated nerves.. no money sorry they say.


But now she will be on Medicare and my back specialist who fixed my back in 99 (and i have not even thought about seeing one sence) with removing L5 and replacing it can be her Dr. now.. OH Mr.PRESIDENT U MUST HATE MY DAUGHTER.


Oh now couples making over 250 k a year will have to pay an extra 3 to 4% tax on capital gains.. Poor Babies...I am so sorry.


And individuals instead of not having to pay FICA on earned income over 90k well now they will up to i believe 200k.. Your Repuplican Party fought hard to keep u in your new fancy car every year.they really did try hard..so don't blame them blame Obama.
Who cares if my daughter has to suffer because of the health care she has now.. u have it good so who cares..I am so so sorry.

It's not over with, hell it's not even close.

Now the Senate has to vote on it again, which will probably happen Tuesday. Some Senator's who voted for it last time have said they won't again after hearing how angry the people in America are with this bill and based on the outcome of the elections in 2009.

Not to mention that this will be hung up in the courts for years to come...........

Your daughter wont be covered by this bill, just like I wont be covered for my bulging disc and irritated nerves. I finally have insurance through my work that I have earned and paid for that is helping relieve the pain and now I am going to lose that for coverage that wont take care of me or my pain. Hell it wont even cover the pain medication and steroids I have to take monthly to even function. Yea that's fair.

I actually was able to get off my *** and work for and earn my benefits. If I can do it in the extreme pain I was in anyone else can.

Ok Just show me where Medicare will not take care of her back?

Oh PS. I would not infer that my daughter does not get off her but and go to work. her reg dr told her not to go to work and her work sent her home and is helping her.

I think anyone on here who knows my post and those who have emailed me know I am very conservitive making sure i say things not to try and offend anyone most of the time.

The retarded way of thinking really gets to me, people go to school and apply themselves to make something of their life then come the liberals wanting to take that money and give it away to others. What is the incentive to start a business or do anything professionally if your money that you worked for and earned will be given away to some lame-o who doesn't apply his or herself.

I'm working on a bachelors degree right now so I can get a good job and make a real living not so some jack as$ in DC can give it away to some ACORN junkie. I'm not spending thousands of dollars so I can graduate and then have to support someone who didn't take the time or have the drive to succeed in life. And I don't care about your billionaire friend either. Now as far as what you are saying about class warfare...duh! This has been going on for my entire lifetime LOL The rich will get richer and the rest will do his laundry unless we the people take control of our govt. and vote against any and all incumbents.

Medicare wouldn't cover me, and from the sounds of it we have simular injuries.....

First of all it wasn't a personal attack, I was stating a fact, I was in tremendous pain, I was tired of being in pain and I couldn't get help so I went and did something about it. I was advised not to go to work by my doctor because it would make my pain intensity go through the roof, but I didn't care I needed to get the insurance to get it taken care of. Temporarily the pain did get worse, but once the benefits kicked in I could afford the procedures I needed and could afford the medication that I needed (Currently im on 480 Oxycodone, 120 Zanaflex, 60 Restoril, 30 Prednisone, 60 Hytrin and 60 Phenegrin and 15 Dilaudida month). Don't take what I said as an attack.

I wouldn't vote against all incumbents... We have some good ones in there. If we just vote for people because they are incumbent were setting ourselves up for electing people like Obama who is a wolf in sheeps clothes.

Regarding pain - easier said then done. Not everyone's pain threshold works the same way and ASSumptions get people in trouble. Believe me, I can deal with pain that leaves a fair amount of guys cringing, wimpering and rolling on the floor. And not say a word. I also know guys who flip out over a minor papercut. But I would never ASSume that they should work through their pain, because I know it can and will leave someone totally crippled, physically and mentally, and for many, emotionally too.

Not all jobs carry insurance. Mine doesn't. They won't be getting it anytime soon. COBRA wanted $500.00 a month. I certainly don't have that much left over after I pay bills and feed myself. $40.00 is my extra money, and that's usually into the gas tank for 2 weeks. So, how would you like me to get insurance? At this point, I can't even get into the local dentistry teaching college for them to take care of my teeth and sinus cavity. I'm running the risk of any infection hitting my brain and dropping me dead, but I'm still chit outta luck according to the doctors there.

I voted Obama in because of health care. I am irritated at the health insurance part, but if it gets the ball rolling, then so be it. I think health care should be part of this country, and no one should have to worry about whether we can get it or not.

I am glad u r being able go to school I wish everyone was capable of doing that. But we all know that so many people can not. I am sure u are repeating your proffessors views. My comment about my friend was to show that he does care about the poor and he is helping by not laying off people and keeping them working even though his advisors say he should lay them off but he won't and he takes care of alot of things people go see thier out of his own pocket instead of the city who would probally be cutting back what his family has done for alot of the 20th century and i have a lot of respect for him.so does his employees.


You could learn more from him in a day that the 4 or more year you are learning that people are lazy and u r not that u have earned what u have and they have not.

The Problem is people do not get the same oppertunities u should be very greatful.

We do not hear hardly anything about the Bush years anymore which got us in the shape we are in now anyway. Lies constantly.

Lets not have any problems congress and give the banking world 787 billion plus. Who was it that when they got that money that gave 176 million in bonuses to thier top excutives and some of them live in other countries. Do u remember?

Then again the working middle class who had good jobs with little education by the way wanted 25 billion to save 2 million jobs. Keeping thier health ins. thier houses and even sending thier kids to college hoping they will have a better life than themselves.

But congress had a fit .. Oh they just squandered away thier money. They are not competing well enough with foriegn countries.

So what did congress do those conservitives who have fought so hard against insuring 32 million poor americans who are turned away daily so they can not better thier families lives and thier grand childrens lives.

They had a stipulation. 2 of the 3 had to declare bankruptcy.

Why was this so important that congress wanted them to declare bankruptcy when 2 million families were at risk?

Unions. The only way those union contracts could be broke is if bankruptcy was declared then they could break the Union contracts.

So what would happen then?

We renegotiate through the courts for LOWER WAGES. Possibly 2 million families from my data make 1/3 less annual income than they did .. Like a 60k job where mom might of had a choice to stay home and take care of the kids now I wonder how many of those mothers are at work now and thier kids are paying for it.


Now i would suppose alot of people have no problem with that. They should not make that kind of money anyways. They do not have a college degree. They are the ones who work so hard. Boring factory work does not deserve that?

When u go to school tommorrow do your self a favor if u do not already know it. Think what does the "Favorite nation or Favorite Nation Clause" means?


Then look up the Policy about doing trade with COMMUNIST COUNTRIES. See what our foriegn Policy is. I am sure colleges are teaching you Political Science.. Blessings...Miles
