I hear ya, girl. At least you are not my age.... I think there is a lot of love left. You will find it or it will find you just when you least expect it. Or when the time is right. Don't give up.

don't look so hard
live life and experience everything you want to now
if love finds you while doing so...then it'll be a wonderful surprise
if you look too hard for it you may be disappointed in the long run

Sometimes I want to punch my Chemistry professor in the eye. But I don't because 1.) he might punch me back and 2.)it wouldn't be the right thing to do.

Point being, don't give up. You're young. If you give up, you'll just be old and in the same boat with a lot less strength to paddle. Takes forever to get anywhere when you're paddling in circles, by the way.

Keep trying. It's natural to get frustrated when we don't get what we want when we want it. You have time. There are plenty of great guys out there. Be a great girl and you'll find one.

Think about what you just said. Is it love you want or companionship? Love is something that someone gives you freely. It comes when you least expect it. If you're sending out feelings of being lonely, then that's exactly what the universe is going to send you, more loneliness. See the beauty within yourself and be proud of it. Self-esteem is a love magnet

There used to be a time when people were more wholeheartedly trying to find themself before anyone else...19 is hardly an age where you should be trying to find love, there are far more exciting things to find at that age.
