If you found out your partner had been cheating with someone for the past several months or if you found out they'd had a large number of one night stands with many different people?

Can't fathom the difference. The difference is that he or she may be in love with someone else or they may have some sexual addiction. |

Regardless they both have the same impact and will create the same damage. So as some said there is no difference at least not within my eyes...... A cheater is a cheater no matter how one makes them look.

Neither is better or worse. It's like saying would I rather have Cancer or Tuberculosis. I don't want either and I don't want to pick.

If you found out your partner had been cheating with someone for the past several months or if you found out they'd had a large number of one night stands with many different people? the one night stands, risking our relationship for meaningless sex as opposed to risking it for someone they at least cared about |

Everyone has skeletons in their closet. If its before you it's none of your business. If it's with you and depending on the level of agreement it may be a problem...

If you found out your partner had been cheating with someone for the past several months or if you found out they'd had a large number of one night stands with many different people? Both would be liars and cheaters, the person in question would no longer be my partner. The one wirh a large number of one night stands may have a sexual addiction plus a drug addiction. |

Both...cheating is cheating
|

neither one.if I found out either one he would no longer be in my life.

A partner is:
A friend who shares a common interest or wanting to achieve a common goal,a member of an intimate relationship. If there are others involved, then the partnership is over. Cheating is cheating, no matter how many others are involved. If the "partner" was a friend they would never do anything to hurt you. |

the cheating would..

why would anyone write it off as sexual addiction and treat it any different? one affair or a string of affairs it's all the same.
cheating is cheating...if the addiction is to sex, why is it that one can't have the sex with their partner? or would that be looked at as having a healthy relationship? it is funny how, often times it's when a person gets caught, all of the sudden, they have an addiction. what a great way to not have to take responsibility for ones own actions. |
