Pat Robertson - Remarks regarding Haiti earthquake & people.  Pat Robertson recent remarks about Haiti have caused some controversy. What do you think about what was said? according to the belief it is God that cause all natural disasters and it is up to the believers to spin it as being a good thing in order to justify why God would kill a massive amount of innocent people .. .... the only way to do that is to somehow take away their innocence so that the victims can be blamed instead of God .. so by claiming that Haiti made a pact with the Devil it would explain and justify why God used the holy spirit to cause the Earthquake as being a blessing...as being a good reason why God comdemn these people to die |

The earth will shake as it is under his command and those of his. Just like Yahshua calming the storm with enough faith the earth has to listen. But still all through Yahweh. No one can do anything by themselves not even our savior. So to say Yahweh causes all misfortune in natural or unnatural disasters is completely wrong. Milesoftheusa....your statement "that Yahweh doesn't interfere much at all"... is a contradiction....when a God interferes once is one time to many because it's instantly takes away any claims of "Free Will" also who's to say that Yahweh doesn't cause all the natural calamites as part of his Divine Plan...and those that believe in Yahweh clearly also believe that Yahweh has the power to cause the Earthquake or to stop it ..do Satan have that type of power ...because Satan and the Hatitians are who Pat Robertson is trying to blame the Earthquake on |

If you will read Job you will see Satan causes a rock slide and killed Jobs family not Yahweh. Milesoftheusa....and if you read JOB you would notice that Satan ask God for permission to kill JOB's family ..so exactly what crimes were Job's family guilty of to receive the death penalty except of being related to a person that was supposedly faithful to God |

Getting back to the specifics of Pat Robertson's comments, that sounds like the mostly calm "rantings " of a crazy man who is bent on condemning every idea that doesn't match identically with his own interpretation of a book that is, in essence, a compilation of 5000+ year old stories, 2000year old letters and parables, and word-of-mouth accounts of one man's life that were handed down orally for 100-400 years before they were even put on paper and officially adopted by the early church into one "holy book". A book which, btw, even it's own supporters can't agree on how to interpret it. As far as the allegations of "a pact with the devil", this smacks of being the stuff of urban legend, which Mr. Robertson is now running with and siting as fact. To me, he sounds like a nut case who has never been proven to be a physical danger to himself or anyone else, so he's still allowed to spout off this garbage. And as long as he continues to not be a physical danger to self or others, he will continue being able to shovel such dung, on the basis of freedom of religion and freedom of expression.

When you look through the alpha and Omega and realize thier is no time in the spirit world then we are nothing but a speck of time that we could not even see with the Hubble telescope all of mans time.. It is nothing. Death and Life are a metaphor for the conscienceness of your spirit to move on in Obedience so we do not get proud like Satan and the Angels hes drawing with him to the abyss where thier is no time but total darkness.. We on the other hand will not suffer like that because we were born and have sought for the spirit of life knowing the all knowing is king and happiness can only be granted through him. We do not have that power. Death is horrible many times but once it is done it is done it is us that mourn the dead, The dead know nothing.. What we all need to realize is to remember to treat others as you would yourself and so many would not wail in the time of mourning but let be what will be and without guilt know we did everything we could to help each other.. Milesoftheusa....so Yahweh didn't allowed Satan to kill JOB but just allowed Satan to kill JOB's entire family ..so are you sayng this is a good thing also do this mean that JOB's family was not faithful to Yahweh and that's why it's was ok to allow Satan to kill them because you still haven't explain what JOB's family have done that it was ok for Yahweh to allow Satan to kill innocent people isn't this the same thing Pat Robertson were saying that JOB's family had to have done something evil for Yahweh to allow harm to come to them .. if there is no legitiment reason beyond "vanity" why Yahweh allowed Satan to kill JOB's family then wouldn't it constitute Yahweh as being Evil |

What or how something happens does not mean Yahweh does not give you free will.
What we can see is miracles nobody can explain. Yahweh does good but what you do not realize this is a training ground for Yahweh's future family who will be Royalty as Seen in Rev 14 the Marraige supper when you become part of that family. And Priests who we find in Rev 15 who help take care of all the creation that has been done that we do not even have any idea how big it is. This physical training is to become the Spiritual where we will be above the Angels. We will still have free will but have went through a process of learning who and what Yahweh is. The Beauty and Kindness that shines from him that all guile and the me me me world we live in now will not be. We will put others 1st. Thats why marraige is so sacrad thats why when one spouse committs adultry they sin against themselves for out of it will come sadness and bitterness... But if we put the other 1st then Pure Love and care happens. Why things happen when they happen and why who knows. I doubt if its Yahweh. We hear of global warming. What are we told it is from? Man not taking care of the earth he was given. Thats not Yahweh's fault that people will suffer because of it. This is true in the Amazon where the forrests are being wiped out people will suffer. but for a child to become an adult he stumbles many times thinking he knows more than his parents. We did our selves part of growing up. So Yahweh is not the cause of all things if this is the case every child that breaks the law the parent should be charged with the same crime. Would that be fair? You gave them freewill didn't you? Thier 40 years old if you want to blame Yahweh then blame yourself for anything that your children have done wrong and take the same punishment. Then those years while they were growing did you take freewill away on sonethings for thier own good? Of course you did.. Yahweh the Father is no different. The freewill that you want to say he has taken away are the laws and statutes he has given us as a Blessing not to curse your mother and father and show respect to the ellderly and listen to what they have to say. But sadly we have become a me me world our children rule us the law rules them and we have prisons that are over flowing because we want to blame Yahweh and in doing so reject what he has said is good for us. I feel for the Haitian people but we are told things like this will happen. Are we going to cuss Yahweh for it or learn from it. I have seen where many reports have shown Haitians rejoicing not cussing many crying and not knowing and niether do we.. Accept it and turn towards the word of Yahweh because in it is promised Life. Milesoftheusa....your statement suggest that even Gods don't have "Free Will" .....if a God even dare to interfere into the affairs of Men that means that in Yahweh's Divine Plan he had an after thought, that Yahweh suddenly realized that perhaps things are not going as he planned so now he has to do something about it by intervening any intrusion by a God becomes "Divine Influence" and Divine Influence takes away faith, Free Will and suggest that Yahweh is perhaps not omniscient |

As an adult I am able to do what I choose to do but if I needed help, I could still call on my father to help me (or as some see it,, intervene). I never stopped being an adult though, even when I happened to need some help from my dad. I never stop having free will, even when I need help from My Lord and for that I am blessed. |
